There are soooo many you didnt list. New studies are showing that dark foods have the best anti-oxident anti-aging properties. Things like blueberries, black breads, black beans, even dark chocolate. Dark green veggies and yes Jac your right about tomatoes they are packed with vitamins. So the rule of thumb is white foods are not as healthy refined flour/sugar and such...dark foods are more so. Except maybe yogurt and tofu ( as much as I hate it)
