You have to get some for yourself. The leather is wind proof, very warm. Also get a kerchief to tie around your face to keep out the wind, so you can breath, that is if your helmut is open faced. The full closed helmet and jacket will be taken care of... and this is my first time. So I have to get used to it before investing in more gear.
