I do both... brush them as soon as I wake up and then after breakfast I brush them again

I do both. I usually have a bit of a sour taste in my mouth in the mornings (I overproduce acid at night) so I brush before coffee so I'm not re-ingesting. Then I brush again after brekkie to remove coffee stains and bits of toast!

Its the first thing i do in the morning is go to the bathroom brush thw teeth and give the face a wash .. whats the point in brushing them again after when ur goen to be eating again during the day ??

The point is to get rid of the breakfast out of your teeth and freshen your breath so that you smell like you've washed your teeth since you ate.

I brush when I get up and after breakfast and gargle mouth wash then off to work usually I brush 3 times a day. And my tounge and gums a must.
