That is interesting how you point out how difficult it is to keep up with technology. I can imagine that. One can assume when you mention the technology published for all to see, you are talking about generally harmless technology.
Knowledge is power...somebody once told me grin: ....I wonder what our government holds under their vests.
What movie is that with Denzel Washington....where they can actually turn back time and see through walls and stuff. That movie was really intriguing to me. I wonder if that might be based of of some truth.
With how quickly we moved in the last 100 years with technology, I have to wonder what sort of technology has been developed in the last 10 years. Technology seems to build upon itself; therefore, expidentially (however you spell that) growing.
Okay about your hijacker advice. I think if you would have gave me some information on how to avoid getting struck by lightening, that might have become a little more in line with my life.
I feel you mention a very legitimate concern here. If electricity did go out, everything we have become so dependent on are driven by it. There is no question, the skills you mention will be most likely required for survival. ....you couple that scenario with the state of where the world is going right now with polarization and fear....it would be difficult to find others who are willing to work with you, or pull together as a whole to survive. It would be a survival of the fittest.
Living in a wooded area would certainly be beneficial, rather than living in a city. I would think anyway.
Maybe I have become a bit paranoid in my older age but I remember Obama saying at his inaugural gathering...not sure what they call it...it was the first time he was elected where they share a few jokes and stuff...but, I remember him saying he was from the planet Zoltar or something like that.
But....
I will say, in my book anyway...Obama is a likeable guy and very intelligent.
So....
What am I trying to say? lol...not exactly sure. But, if we happen to get a leader of this world, I don't think Obama would be all that bad.
It is funny you say that because I have been hearing something similar now for some time. It is said that Obama will not be leaving office....and this was over a year ago I heard this. What you state here sounds like a somewhat reasonable idea for this to actually happen.
I think you are right. No matter what the results of this race is, the end will be the same...a lot of unhappy people. If Hillary gets in, well with her past voting record, she loves war.
It is pretty sad to see some of those images that you claim that are very near the event. It is sad to see just in general as well.
I am not familiar with the way of life in Rio. I remember hearing at one time it was an area with very high crime. What has made a society change to those ways of living? If it is for a lack of money, I hope the Olympics being brought there will give them much needed financial relief.
However...at the very minimal, awareness has been brought to the area.
I think that might be part of it. She was getting into that rythmic tone with her voice. I have attended many auctions and some auctions are experts with that type of talking.
if Trump loses
