I think it is so okay for guys to cry ,guys think that that's not macho.It is so macho when they do! Guys are human too!It means alot to us when you show it.Just keep being like that, that shows that you really do care, and put your guard down there's nothing wrong with a man crying provided there's a good reason for it.
Don't just cry, figure out why once the crying is done and see if you can resolve similar problems in the future without resorting to crying.That way, your tears will mean something and will have helped you grow as a person
