Don't just cry, figure out why once the crying is done and see if you can resolve similar problems in the future without resorting to crying.That way, your tears will mean something and will have helped you grow as a person
You know, I found an old friend of mine sitting on the street curb one day, and he was crying. I told him "Hey Bud, you must be a 'Modern Man' to be let your crying out like that. Nothing wrong with that."
He replied "You think so? Yeah, maybe you're right.. I'm the Modern Man!" Then he stopped crying and smiled.
I asked him "Uh, why were you crying anyway?"
He answered "Because I ran out of money for Beer, what else?" lol
