We are one of the northern states....surrounded by the Great Lakes...so, we can get a lot of snow. 8" is actually a larger snow fall, but we have had over 2 feet at some times.
Maybe you should move to Michigan biff...I know a lot of people that they like maybe the first or second snowfall, but after that, it gets old.
Ah...yes Biff. I loved those too when I was younger. I know they advertise this for women, but Special K with the raspberries are one of my favorites. Maybe I should have just stayed with the tried and true stuff instead of buying what I did.
Pepps....perhaps another solution to my problem is to carry around a smartphone and take pictures of potential items I might buy....and shoot you a quick email with the picture of the product. You can tell me everything about it.
That is one way around the problem....I will no longer buy cereal. But, maybe adding a female to my life is the real answer. I need a "professional" shopper.
If I was more technologically savvy, I would upload a picture of the box. I would like for you to give me some legal advice on how to proceed with this injustice. (speaking of injustices)
Call....I just double checked the writing on the box. At the way bottom, in very small print it says, "add fruit for addition antioxident effect." It does not say, there is no fruit included.
Are you a lawyer? lol I agree...women lawyers.....we all know we should never argue with a woman in general....could you imagine arguing with a woman lawyer?
But Pepps....I am sure you bought something already and realized that it was not what you expected. Maybe, you bought a package of corndogs....and found out it was just a couple kernals of corn in there with a hot dog??
Pepps and Ed....thank you very much for sharing your experiences. This is a side of discrimination that I have never heard before and felt it important to share.
In my opinion, it takes a strong person to admit their weaknesses.
But...so important to get a full understanding of the scope of the situation.
Thanks again...
Thanks Molly and DC...so glad to hear you enjoyed the blog.
Speaking for myself, I cannot say I have ever heard about the long term effects of discrimination...on the discriminated against. Dealing with this discrimination is not as easy as saying, "okay, we all embrace our differences"...and that takes care of the issue. There appears to be long lasting psychological impacts that need healing. I think one way of healing this damage is by extending out a friendly hand and showing our acceptance.
