hey catfoot i know how you feel.my father had knee replacement last august and since then hes gone from an active man of 76 to an old and frail one.i agree with you its no burden to me or my sisters or brother to look after him.its a major operation for anyone that age and i think when they live alone its even harder.hopefully your dad will start feeling better soon.keep an eye on the medication they gave him.my father lost nearly 4 stone after his op. we couldnt get him to eat and he got blackouts coz he was so weak.he got a different doctor one day, after spending another 5 weeks in hospital over a blackout ,and this doctor said one of the tablets was an appetite supressor .so he wasnt eating ,got weak and had blackouts. since they took him off it hes come on great.he even walked to shops on his own last week lol
in all fairness its not like he does anything usefull.theres talk bout a cardinal from canada and one from new york being top two in the running.whoever it is only going be same.and yes im a catholic lol
love the blog.loved human league ,tears for fears the police all those type of songs.i even had a little crush on rick astley now thats embarrassing lol
maybe it would come to an end if everybody stopped making blogs about it.people reading the blogs can decide for themselves whats right and whats wrong.i think everybodys had their say at this stage and to be honest ,its making you all look petty and vindictive.nobodys asking people to like each other just if you cant be civil then just ignore each other.
im stubborn to a point simmo but if someone has a valid arguement my mind can be changed.but if im right about something im like a dog with a bone. i wont give up so i guess im stubborn but flexible
i have lots of people i call friends but i one real best buddy. we been friends 24 years now.we both think alike so we get on well.if i dont like someone it doesnt stop her talking to them or vice versa.we actually fit better in the list of friends you should steer clear off .i talk to who i want when i want and if someone has a problem with it then its their problem not mine
maybe one or two have a problem with you gordon but why give them the satisfaction of seeing you quit blogging over it.and if they keep reporting every blog you make surely the mods are going to question why.stick it out gordon. most of the people on here are ok.
right lads go pick a nice fun topic and blog.as parti knows i love having a good laugh while i have me morning tea im sure theres many like me, who dont comment much or just dont comment , but love a good read.
toughen up and get over it and start again.in my opinion it coulda been a number of people reported that blog.coz nobody came out of it in a good light.and i dont only mean the women.so maybe now its gone leave it gone and start again. just dont pick alpha females as the topic
RE: parody of Robin Thicke's hit song 'Blurred lines'.
love it.
