You should avoid antibiotics unless you've had a blood test that shows that you do have an infection. Taking antibiotics unnecessarily might develop a resistance to them,so they might not help when you really need them.. Just drink plenty of fluids and eat fresh fruit.
One of the best things that I have ever done for myself was to quit smoking about 8 years ago..I just wish I could lose the extra kilos now...thats my challenge.. A lot of illnesses are self inflicted...however there are also people who were perfectly healthy and lived a healthy lifestyle and yet got cancer and died...its not always the smoking and bad eating habits that kill people... About a year ago a 32 year old Aussie female athlete..was diagnosed with cancer while pregnant..she gave birth and a few months later she passed away..she was doing everything by the book yet, she got the worst disease.. Im not promoting bad habits or anything...but you also have to take into consideration, the pollutants that surround us that we have no control of...the poisons that we ingest and drink that we cant stop... We can only try to do our best to stay in good shape but the rest is all depending on our environment.

How about a group hug everyone I know how you feel girl.. I have been divorced for 17 years now..and I was extremely lonely...met a few men afterwards who only wanted to take advantege of a lonely single mum...I was bitter after each encounter...but then, I have realised that my only real and true joy in life is my only son...I have decided to dedicate all my time for him...and also realised that being alone (when the time is right), is not so bad after all...I have never regretted my decision to spend as much time as possible with my son... We all have to find what gives us that inner peace and strengh to go on. My mother told me this long time ago..that whenever I feel that the whole world is against me and that I am miserable, then all I have to do is look at how millions of people on this planet are living(or dying)..in poverty, famine, sickness and wars.. So, when someone feels that their world is gonna end because the department store have run out of their favorite MAC eyeshadow, then perhaps thinking about the millions of people who are homeless and have absolutely nothing but a rag that covers their private parts, might just makes us feel better and put things in perspective. Find what makes you happy and content... it might be a silly song, or a book or a place that you go to and makes you happy and dont sress about things that you might not be able to change...be content with what you have, but without loosing the ability to dream and hope
Hmmm..let me see...for me here in booooring Sweden...there is work, work and ummm work..since there isnt much to do, and I dont want to be alone either, so, I go to work instead and make myself useful...I work 12 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. Yep, you guessed it...I dont have a life
And then again...you get the weirdos who just cant get no for an answer..I usually reply and say thank you but not interested and wish them luck...but some men..think that when a woman says no its actually a yes...and they just keep on sending msgs...so, sometimes, I do result to saying nothing...especially men from certain Asian countries. If people cant handle rejection, then they should not be on these kind of sites..as its impossible for everyone to like you..

Im surprised that you think about men at this stage when you are pregnant...You need to have the baby first..settle down in your new situation and then think about dating.. Im no sure how can you even regain trust in men this quickly when you just got yourself pregnant by a man who just left you when ''God forbid'' he had to take on some responsibilty. Men would be the last thing that I would be thinking about, if I was in your situation..But then again..I would not put myself in that kind of situation in the first place.. Im not judging you, but you have asked for people's opinions on this matter and this is mine..it doesnt necessarily have to be what you really want to hear. I do however come from a mixed background..so I probably think about things a bit differently. I do wish you the very best of luck.
Hi, I think its absolutely pointless...and in this day and age, its almost impossible to trust one another..where is the guarantee that the couple will remain faithful when there are also people who are around them and available? Not to mention the costs involved in seeing each other every now and then. Why should anyone be burdened financially? most people cant afford it travelling. And as a woman, I dont like it when a man expects me to chase after him and travel to see him. Im traditional that way... I say that its a complete waste of time, energy, emotions, money,et..they wont work in most cases.
Thank you for posting. Its true..we should be thankful and not take things for granted. I am a single mum..my son is 18..last year, I was misdiagnosed with cancer. I will never ever forget those 5 horrifying days before I was told that the doctors have made a mistake(and Im hoping it stays that way). I cannot even begin to tell you how many thoughts went through my head. I cannot comprehend how people deal and cope with such an illness of oneself or a loved one. Life is so fragile..cherish every moment..you dont know how good you have it until its gone.
My heart goes out to your friend..and to you as I feel how helpless you are feeling as well. I hope that you have a good support group around you to help you deal with this.
