Choices ....
... a friend of mine got some bad news over the weekend ... and that exact same news is in fact, a daily occurrence ... all over the world.I truly believe prevention is better than cure ...
Can u imagine the devastation you would feel if u were told you only had a year to live (at the very most)?
... and this diagnosis was due ENTIRELY to your self-neglect? Your lifestyle? Your habits?
In simple terms: Self inflicted.
... Unfortunately it's not possible to wind the clock back to when you had a healthy heart .. healthy lungs ... liver ... or kidneys ...
... Once it's too late ... it's just too late. End of story.
You have the perfect opportunity TODAY ... to prevent that diagnosis ... BEFORE it’s too late.
Reinvent yourself. Discover a healthy lifestyle & live a longer life.
I did.
It wasn’t easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is.
Ask yourself this: "Would you rather your family ... your kids ... look at photos of you or YOU in person?"
Your destiny is in your hands.
... and the choice is yours.

the dreaded ciggies? ... buy yourself some patches .. create some new habits for yourself .. instead of a coffee and a cigarette .. have a cup of tea and go for a walk around the block .. before you know it .. that new habit will overtake the old one .. and you're on your way!!
Another inspiring blogg....

Beautifully put Jodestir.....
I have started my fitness today, (that was after reading your last blog on health as well) got myself a private instructor and began this afternoon for 1 1/2 and I'll be doing it 4 times a week on top of my everyday 2 hours jog. And it feels good, real good - perspiring like mad - nothing can beat that.
EXERCISE + HEALTHY FOOD INTAKE = HEALTHY STATE OF MIND AND BODY
Couldn't ask for more
Let's be like these dancing bananas.....
One of the best things that I have ever done for myself was to quit smoking about 8 years ago..I just wish I could lose the extra kilos now...thats my challenge..
A lot of illnesses are self inflicted...however there are also people who were perfectly healthy and lived a healthy lifestyle and yet got cancer and died...its not always the smoking and bad eating habits that kill people...
About a year ago a 32 year old Aussie female athlete..was diagnosed with cancer while pregnant..she gave birth and a few months later she passed away..she was doing everything by the book yet, she got the worst disease..
Im not promoting bad habits or anything...but you also have to take into consideration, the pollutants that surround us that we have no control of...the poisons that we ingest and drink that we cant stop...
We can only try to do our best to stay in good shape but the rest is all depending on our environment.
