yes morgan i would realy like to read njals saga, i am trying to get books on the sagas, now reading havla and also learning about the desputes between loki thor an the frost giants lol. cant learn to speak a language without knowing the history and culture behind it
i think due to mass imegration into several countries theyre way of life and theyre cultures are being threatend, and by headlining such reports it can bring on right winged groups that will sort the "problem" and the goverments hands are then clean.

there is alot of power in the lyrics that gets lost in translation... if you translate the lyrics as they are wrighten you will ten have to sit and explain the whole song, a simple excample "the happiest i ever was, on the seam of my back in the nature reserve" and almost every line is like that...

and the metal iderstry has been revolutionised by "folk metal" bands that sing in thier own language and plays traditional instrements with melodys from theyre countries. like with some swedish folk metal you will find alot of polska melodys and hear keyd fiddles. also the film indestry is also now turning patriotic.

na gisteraand will ek nog so dietjie in afrikaans skryf, ek kry nooit die kans om so te doen op verskillende webwerwe nie. so nou is my kans en ek sal dit tot volle benit, kom ons praat oor die simuleriteite tussen afrikaans en skandanaviese talle soos noorwees sweeds en deens. ek het agter gekom hulle gramatieka en sins struktuur saam met uitspraak is baie dieselfde gepaard my telke woorde ook.
