I really enjoyerd reading this, and shall joint the fight against this abrasion of our core values. (Just let me change glasses) It would appear that my desk has got narrower, as I have to move further from my screen or wear glasses to read it
Hi Lazly, thank you for your post, and do not worry about the rum chocolate, enjoy
I am not sure if it is the rum or the abbreviation, but it would appear that you think that it is a slow internet connection or not attaching files correctly that is stopping me emailing a grenade to horrible people......
I must say that if you know how to do it, I shall never upset you, ever! but could you please tell me how to do it? I will be your bestest friend if you would
And Diamond, maybe I should just ignore the little &$&^$@!s but today they got under my skin... growl....

In a novel, you get to read about emotions and thoughts and history, all the hidden stuff that cannot be put into movies.
I also like the movies as it puts faces to the names in the story.
However usually movies are a pale imitation of the book. The only movie I have ever seen that was word for word based on the book was 'The Andomeda Strain' (possibly showing age a little here
But I think if I had to go onto a desert island and could take either my books or my films (said desert island having electricity, DVD player and TV) I would take my books......
Question, for those of you who have seen Harry Potter and the deathly hallows pt2, Why does Narcissa say 'Draco' to Harry when he has just been hit with the killing curse by Voldemort??
This is just one of the many things that are explained in the books, but not the film. And for those of you who would like to know the answer.... Get The Book
I was once honoured to watch 'The Life of Brian' in a street market near the walls of Jerusalem..... That was both surreal and one of the funniest things in my life.
Oh Hats off to Monty Python, what amazing people and what amazing brains....
