Maybe I'd prefer watching as I didn't know Harry Potter until I saw the movie instead of reading the novels
Once I read a novel with a title of (if I am not mistaken) "Woman"...it was based on history back in Roman Byzantine era about Empress Theodora, I liked it Not sure if it was ever translated into a movie like "Quo Vadis" was
I also like the movies as it puts faces to the names in the story.
However usually movies are a pale imitation of the book. The only movie I have ever seen that was word for word based on the book was 'The Andomeda Strain' (possibly showing age a little here
But I think if I had to go onto a desert island and could take either my books or my films (said desert island having electricity, DVD player and TV) I would take my books......
Question, for those of you who have seen Harry Potter and the deathly hallows pt2, Why does Narcissa say 'Draco' to Harry when he has just been hit with the killing curse by Voldemort??
This is just one of the many things that are explained in the books, but not the film. And for those of you who would like to know the answer.... Get The Book
