This is not just being curious but a serious dating/relationship question.


In the Uk I get 6 weeks (30 working day) plus 9 days of public holidays.

What do you get. What is the average in your country?

12 working days is the average number but in the place I am currently working at I am entitled for 15 working days after working for more than 5 years. 18 working days is entitled for someone's working for more than 8 years and 21 working days is for one who has been working for more than 10 years grin

Hi Z. Morning!

45 days annual leave, 5 days hajj leave, 4 days ramadhan leave, 2 national days, and additional timebacks up to 8 days = 64 days in all. YAY!

what is leagle in my country isnt necesarely average,
we dont have very good regulations concerning companys implementation of work hours lol. nor salerys.

i havent been working for a company for a while now so realy cant tell you.
but working for myself it is just what ever the hell i feel like lmao!

In Oman, we get 15 days for the first year of work and then 30 days in the succeeding year and every year thereafter. As for the number of public holidays, it varies every year depending whether the religious holiday falls on a Wednesday, Thursday or a Friday. If it falls on a Wednesday, then we have a long weekend starting Wednesday. If the holiday falls on a Thursday or Friday, we do not work Saturday and/or Sunday.

During the Holy Month of Ramadan (date and month varies each year), we have short working hours and we usually get a week-long holiday during the Eid (days after the Ramadan).

I only get 20 days holiday a year,,but this bein the Olympics year,I have to have my summer hols on April 14th..Summer hols in April I ask you!!!!!! So I just brought my Gee string cosey and new flipflops and am going to somewhere HOT!!!,and will try and forget my lastest dating crash....

Well...here, I suppose it's different? dunno All depends on the company you work for....The job I used to have, I'd get 8 weeks paid vacation a year and most paid holidays, a few paid personal days and a few paid sick days. But right now, the job I have has no benefits, no paid days off...I do miss it blues wave
