like WEEPING, i have walked across the graveyard of love and found was littered with lies, decaying and deceit. It left me brokenhearted, down to the ground and with trust issues.

To love you must have found the love within yourself first. Love is something you have to prove and that is built and gained. Not all are blessed with it.

a sad story that sounds familiar to me... long distance dating could be a real challenge as you don't have the closeness to build a healthy relationship and learn about your partner emotional clues. People need to be able to communicate and relate well, specially in times of change or stress, and long distant relationships have always a high degree of uncertainty as you have to trust blindly what the other partner says.

Being a single and independent woman myself I have found the experience really disappointing as my experience tells me majority of men would say anything you like to hear to keep you around. Once they have managed to gain your interest that is when the surprises arise: problems with an ex, criticism towards the ex, troubles with legal procedures and children, troubles with finance .... and so on.

Who can believe a partner who decided to get to the dating world with such a drama and troubles on his side? Why do men always believe they are the victims in a relation? I have never had any negative thinking about men until I have started dating with them....

I guess is time for you guys to stop victimism and reflect on why do women have such a negative thinking about them.

What comes first the chicken or the egg....

unfortunately is the way we do humans seem to choose first, by the looks, don't agree with you all women consider of same importance the bank balance. The first impression comes first, but I personally appreciate more a wonderful smile and the magic in a person's eyes, they say a lot!

The question of the looks could be tricky, as you never know wether is going to work on your favor or against you. Don't let a wrong opinion mine your intentions, if you are determined to find love you will find it. Perhaps a better picture of yourself could help.
