What gives you the right to involve yourself in the affairs of people that you do not know? Have you asked these people what they think of your situation? Live your life as you want so let others live theirs as they want
Their are many successful relationships between elder men and younger women. If you feel getting involved with this woman is right for you and has a future then that's great however be aware that if you pursue this course there maybe social repercussions for both her and yourself that could possibly put a strain on the relationship. I would be saddened to read a post from you at a later date saying how you were once again alone having become a victim of circumstances.
Carl...... I can relate to that. In fact I would say that most decent men that are honest, loving, caring, giving and supportive always seem to be attracted by what I call "good advertising" they see a product that is well presented, colorful, has many additional features, is appealingly constructed, looks excitingly playful and expends a great deal of time being interested in them. Then after spending everything men own on obtaining this product they find that the presentation was just a glitzy cover, the color faded overnight, the many additional features were either not included on that model or only available at continuing extra cost, the construction was full of faults once the packaging was removed, the product was not at all playful in the way it promised or was designed for and most of all once bought had little or no intention of being interested in you. Does that about sum things up?

Ok I have thought long and hard on the question you posted but rather than ramble on about how trustworthy sincere honest hard working kind passionate and romantic I am I think I shall just say one word……………desperate!
I regret I have not been specific in my meaning of the word "chat". By "chatting" I mean sending mail to each other via CS NOT chatting via sms or any other form of instant communication. Perhaps it is for this reason I have not received a response to several flowers I sent asking people if they would like to chat. Thank you all for pointing out my error in misinterpretation.
There is an old saying "he who returns makes the same mistake twice". If you parted once then you will part again, the second time is worse as you are older and more upset with yourself for being so stupid. Good luck to you whatever decision you make
Most people are here for the blogs or forums as they have absolutely no chance (or intention) of finding a partner or a date all they want is something to occupy their time make a few online friends so that they can hijack other peoples blogs to say "Hi" and carry on their own little chat which usually has nothing to do with the subject of the blog.
You asked if there were any normal men out there, well I suppose it depends on your interpretation of normal. Maybe the guy who wants you to boss him around thinks he is normal, the rest of us “normal” folk think he’s weird, but what the hell takes all sorts.
