when my daughter was 4, she was real close to my dad that she calls him daddy too.every afternoon before she would have her nap she would say "bye daddy,,i'm going to sleep.see you later" same during night time.then when my dad passed we told her that he just went to a better place ad would be looking out for her. after three weeks everything was back to normal.it was around 1pm and we went inside our room.then she said she needs to pee so my daughter went out.after a few minutes we (my cousin-who was in the kitchen-and i) heard her talking.she said" daddy why did you not visit me? you did not say bye bye to me...(pause) ok..(pause) i love you..(pause) bye bye..(then she blew a kiss) that was the exact words she uttered (we brought her up speaking in english not our language)

zandar, it's not that easy here.unlike in western countries,boss don't bother you during rest days.there are laws regarding this things but it's not that easy to argue.our job is on the line
