People make many mistakes in life, one of which is to focus attention on yourself. Of course, this is normal and everyone is doing it, but ... eastern philosophical systems show us that to get rid of such internal symptoms as stress or frustration we can focus attention on „the here and now”. This exercise requires discipline and regularity, but it is very helpful in the treatment. This is a really back to reality.
And one more: the wise doctor cures the cause of the disease rather than symptoms.
I find this site CS by accident, I was surprised that here I can write a blog but... I really don't think I had to heal here on CS! I liked it because I write a blog from many years in Polish and decided to try to write in English to improve my knowledge of this language. Of course I hope to meet someone special, but I am also a realist. My life which I experienced gives me the distance to many things. I realize that is important to have hope, but it's also important to really live. Here in CS are many interesting people, I think a human is the most interesting element of the space. Because I like to talk and get to know others, I'm here. I also know where is the line between reality and fiction in relationships in the virtual world.

Ariel, Dear, ignore it! All who is on a some level know that your country or my country or other country is beautiful and has a centuries-old tradition, because it applies to any country, culture and any place on our earth!!! All who are „sick in their minds” will spread hate and division.
@ rianbow13 People confuse the education with the knowledge, and often it's their private lost. People don't know that the education is only fishing rod and it's not enough to catch a fish, they need for knowledge, and this is many hours spent on the river...
@ rainbow 13 now in the all internet are many advertisment: earn money into the forex trading. in this advertisments are such phrases: I watch football and make money. I make trades with currencies of countries whose names I never heard... etc. it's baloney!!! advertisment stock exchange banks corporations money.... are baloney!!! I think all people who believe that this is true, are on track to detachment from reality :) this is my personal opinion, and of course I could be wrong I think the distance to the crazy modern world lets us to preserve a common sense and live peacefully... but I could be wrong
...One fine day a wise man makes a sudden appearance at a village with an offer to buy monkeys for 10 bucks apiece. Since there are many monkeys around, the villagers start catching them from the nearby forest. The wise man buys the monkeys in thousands at 10 bucks each as promised. Since the monkeys have dwindled considerably by now, the villagers stop catching them. The wise man doubles his offer and pretty soon the villagers are chasing after the remaining monkeys. Soon monkeys are so rare that the villagers go back to their farms. The wise man buys the next batch of monkeys in hundreds for the 20 bucks as promised and makes a new offer of 25 bucks per monkey but free monkeys have become almost extinct in these parts by now. Still he manages to buy a dozen or so monkeys at 25. Now the wise man raises his offer to 50 ! The villagers try really hard but monkeys are nowhere to be found. Since he has to travel to the city to attend to an urgent business matter, the wise man authorizes a deputy to buy the monkeys on his behalf. In his absence, the deputy shows the villagers the huge cages holding all the monkeys that have been caught and bought till date. “Dear villagers, these are the monkeys that my boss has collected. I will give them to you at 35 apiece. By the time my boss returns, each monkey would be at least worth 70 bucks a piece; you can sell them back to my boss at a profit and double your money !” The villagers cough up all their hard earned money down to the last penny and buy back all the monkeys at 35. Then the deputy vanishes without a trace; the wise man is never heard of again in those parts. The villagers are poorer than ever but the nearby forests are rich with monkeys again ! After many years… Another wise man makes a sudden appearance at this with an offer to buy monkeys for 10 bucks apeice. The impoverished villagers having forgotten the bitter past by now, rush into the nearby forest to catch monkeys…
