A girl is not the only source of love. We are surrounded by love everyday (family is the best). Just appreciate them around you and you will see how great it is to have them.
When we (me and my siblings) were younger my mother was the one very strict. She wanted us to experience life in a young age and I am glad she made us realized that life is never easy.
In my workplace now, I am lucky to have a boss who treats me as part of the team and not just her subordinate.

That's the thing when we invested too much of our time and love to a person on a test-drive then will just end in a not so good way. There are those who made it until happily ever after (but not the case for all).

We know we have some points to consider before going into a relationship, that it will affect all factors in one's life if he/she will get into a situation.

My culture (the conservative) do not have this. Those that ultra modern and differ in views about relationship practice. Me, not this ultra modern type.
Some may not have all the time just to stare in their screen for comments, have something else more significant to do and will do the replying when time already permits. I do that too.
