Gender Inequality

Ajkaojun: thanks for reading and mentioning the 'glass ceiling', the glass ceiling is the term used when there is an invisible force or barrier that stop women from advancing in their particular industry. Like the 'invisible hand of Adam Smith', social factors, economical factors, governmental factors etc, all contribute to how we perceive women in the workplace. MP Cash in the UK is trying to pass a bill through parliament that encourage gender equality within developing nations.

Daniel: thanks for reading and sharing. That would be very true in many industries where men dominate the labour force. But let's assume that both gender work in the same job and do the exact same thing? Will the pay be then equal?

Gender Inequality

Thanks for reading and providing more insight, however I have to apologies as I have forgotten to include the assumption which the graph was base on. The figure represent individuals wages/salary for both male and female whom employ the same job. For example; according to the Sunday Morning Herald (4/1/2013), female dental graduate earn 15.7% or $14,000p.a less than male dental graduates.

Thanks for reading nd commenting, happy valentine day to all.

Is Cupid on Holidays?

Jarred1; thank for the deep and insightful comment, adding words to picture, a man with experience in both the joy and pain of love. Thank for the sharing both imagery and wise words.

A Summer Night Crisis

Minerva; Thanks Minerva, I did receive your email and will let you know how things goes.thanks for the follow up.

GoDaniel; if you google GoDaniel you get a Facebook page supporting Leukemia for boys. But why no support for mental illness GoDaniel? Aren't we all on the illness boat?

Redex; thanks again for providing another insightful comment, I guess life would be a little dull and robotic if there wasn't problems or stumps along the way. Experiences do make us who we are.

Electrikradiance; sorry I haven't seen "Call Me Fitz", looks hilarious tho, might start watching. Thanks for the show.

Are Ghost Real?

Thanks infamous for reading and sharing your opinion...who is Happy369??

Life After Death

Itchywitch; I hope we don't just rot and there's something after, guess now we just have to worry about the legacy we leave behind and what we are remembered for

Twazzle; thanks for your input, it is an interesting topic for there are so many stories and opinion on to what the answer could be. If experiences make us who we are; so are experience of our past meant to be experienced cause fate has decided that we we're suppose to be who we are? And hence our existence are not only our own but an intergraded system that's connect to another, therefore if we cease to exist, our counterpart will also never exist? So maybe we exist so others can exist?

Nice feet; thanks for another compelling argument on this topic, I assume although religion provides these guidelines, it however leaves a lot of the interpretation to the readers, and like this topic we define things in our own perspective.

Minerva; thanks again for reading and comment, I've unblock my account I think, could you possibly email that info, thanks heaps.

Redex; thanks for reading and sharing your story, I do recall stories of the recently decease calling loves one after they die, so maybe we do linger around for a little before we enter the big unknown. Thanks for sharing

Ekself; thanks reading for your opinion

Are Ghost Real?

Minerva; hey Minerva, can you please try and send again, I've unblock the email I think

Hal; thanks for your perspective Hal, you have given a lot of crazy people like myself out there a little more hope that we are still a little sane. :)

Kasih; thanks Kasih I guess we do sometimes see and hear what we want to and sometimes if we keep looking for something we will find it

Nothing is a lie, if the teller believes in his/her heart that it is the truth

Are Ghost Real?

Prenge; thank you for reading and sharing your opinion. However, I don't think it really matter if you were Christian, Catholic or Protestant; cause at the end of the day, there's only one god and he loves ALL creatures that he made; (Psalm 33:5-6),(Psalm 145:9, 13; cf. Psalm 145:17). As a Christian you believe in the Holy Spirit, a.k.a Holy Ghost, therefore I assume believing in ghost/spirit was compulsory...but I'm not Christian. Thanks again for sharing

Daniel; sorry to have disappoint you, hope you find her soon, fate will decide, Thanks for sharing

Whtwhb; thanks for your insight and sharing, an interesting perspective for I assume a soul can exist in all things with life. And there still things science nor logic can possibly explain. Thanks again for sharing, lucky I'm not intuitive.

John..; I don't know if I should thank you or be a little scared...thanks I guess!

Twazzle; thanks for sharing your mates story about the monk and if he truly believes in what he saw, it can never be a lie. Great story thanks again for sharing.

Itchywitch; thanks for sharing your opinion and story, funny thing is I've been hearing something as well and always at 3:15am, but never really got disturb, so just unconcern myself with it, however I've been pretty lucky overall lately, hoping its a guardian or protector. Thanks. Again.

Virgosingle; thanks for sharing, but if ghost and spirit exist, I don't see the point for them to be employed, don't think you can income tax a decease person anyways....thanks again...

Ed; hey, thanks for sharing, think I'll join you on the fence

Minerva; thanks for sharing your story and your experience to give more depth on mine and Eds fence sitting, hopefully it will help us decide or persuade our perspective. May I ask how you contacted the entity? Thanks again for sharing.
