Ajkaojun: thanks for reading and mentioning the 'glass ceiling', the glass ceiling is the term used when there is an invisible force or barrier that stop women from advancing in their particular industry. Like the 'invisible hand of Adam Smith', social factors, economical factors, governmental factors etc, all contribute to how we perceive women in the workplace. MP Cash in the UK is trying to pass a bill through parliament that encourage gender equality within developing nations.
Daniel: thanks for reading and sharing. That would be very true in many industries where men dominate the labour force. But let's assume that both gender work in the same job and do the exact same thing? Will the pay be then equal?

The figure represent individuals wages/salary for both male and female whom employ the same job. For example; according to the Sunday Morning Herald (4/1/2013), female dental graduate earn 15.7% or $14,000p.a less than male dental graduates.

If experiences make us who we are; so are experience of our past meant to be experienced cause fate has decided that we we're suppose to be who we are? And hence our existence are not only our own but an intergraded system that's connect to another, therefore if we cease to exist, our counterpart will also never exist? So maybe we exist so others can exist?

However, I don't think it really matter if you were Christian, Catholic or Protestant; cause at the end of the day, there's only one god and he loves ALL creatures that he made; (Psalm 33:5-6),(Psalm 145:9, 13; cf. Psalm 145:17). As a Christian you believe in the Holy Spirit, a.k.a Holy Ghost, therefore I assume believing in ghost/spirit was compulsory...but I'm not Christian. Thanks again for sharing
