Message in a Bottle

Message in a bottle
Harbored on golden shores
Forgotten words
Written long before

"To my lost soul
Please don't forget
A forever promise
To love and hold
The love of my life
My sweetest Rose"

For those who are lost
May love guide you home

Eruption

Fire burning, my blood is pumping,
Taking a deep breath to gather my stamina
Wiping the sweat off my forehead;
Thinking, ‘that was too close’,
I almost lost it, losing control.
Heaven once more returns
With fantasies of angels hips,
Swaying so gently between my lips.
As mountains rises,
From a slumbering earth;
A sudden cry,
Echoes from nesting birds.
Trouser snake entering,
It's a predator alert.
Ruffling feathers,
Penetrating the scene,
While a nearby volcano rumbles,
Erupting soon it seem.
Exploding at the peak,
With lava flowing,
Oozing from every seams,
As the liquid runs dry,
Exhausted from the night,
Only silences remain,
After men's lustful nature,
Temptation has won it seems.

Wandering Through Time

My mind wanders and the truth it Falsified
Faking facts to fiction it twist and Bends
Blurring and tainting what is really Reality
Raising questions to my own Insanity
In times of doubt I follow the Trend
Traditions answers no longer satisfied

The hungry minds of modern Times
Thirsting for knowledge in a global Age
A quest for equality in over crowded Cities
Countries combine increasing Diversity
Differences accepted yet before bought Rage
Reckless decisions resulted in human Crimes

The Autumn leaves fall every year
As Winter snow slowly melts
Springs warmth brings life from what was bare
Summer heat withers a blooming health
The constant cycle of life

But have we learnt from mistakes of the past?

Lost in the Clouds

I want to change my path
But my will is weak
My soul love battered
Now I walk alone
On this path of slumber
A forever high
Digging a hole
Into nothingness
Where Puff the magic dragon
And reality hides
I've lost my way
In a cloud of smoke
It's time I must return

Little Star

Twinkle twinkle little star
How I wonder where you are?
I made a wish the other night
Refund please without a fight
Give me your diamond in the sky
Payment for selling me a rotten lime

Twinkle twinkle little star
How I wonder where you are
So I can kick your butt
For giving me hopeful lies
Where is my refund?
You gypsy spy

Have you Supernova and faded away?
Twinkle twinkle little star
I'm still wondering where you are?

Insomnia

A Sultry feeling,
lost in my mind,
I can't remember
Much of last night.

My Head is pounding,
splitting in two,
thinking too much,
remembering who?

Motor Engine roaring,
As people passing by.

Church bells hymns,
ringing in my ears,
Sounds like a jackhammer,
Pounding a concrete lullaby.

Peace and quite impossible it seems,
With the hustle and bustle
Of busy city life.

No rest for the wicked,
nor peace insight
No cool change to this heat wave
A typical Australian summer
With BBQs, flip flops and Flies

Bye Bye Facebook

We had our ups,
we had our downs
Lost friends and family,
lovers you helped me find.

But now it's time for us to part,
too many unwanted memories,
I need a new start.

So no more post or status updates,
goodbye Facebook,
our time was great.

Hence to all my friends,
If you got my number,
give me a call.
But if u don't and want it,
just let me know.

As the curtains falls,
goodbye Facebook and that was all.

About this poem:
Unwanted updates that you don't want to see, new relationship status, someone else not me. Wasting my time flicking through past photos and recalling happy and unhappy memories of a life that's been, dwelling in the past on an electronic society. Already addicted to too many things, quitting FB is a start.

Betting on Love

Sometimes the nights are lonely
Wishing someone was by my side
To warm a cold cold heart
The fire dwindling
The passion now subside
So tired of hearing "I'm lying"
Negative comments left and right
Hoping to drown out the nonsense
With a woman's touch
Someone to hold
A s*xual healing
Something I've long denied
Afraid of karma
Scared of the pain
But men's wild desire
Our lustful nature
So hard to tame
Another need
Has now arise
This one Ms Palmer
Can't satisfy
But who to ask
And a bit shy
It's been a long time
Since a woman was by my side
I think of her
Tears dwell from my tired eyes
Why am I enduring?
A love that I know to be a lie
I tried so hard to be a good person
But like they say 'nice guys finish last'
When will this end
And true love grace these lonely nights
Was hoping she would be my last
But fate has already decide
Written in stone
Living a lonely life
My karma's still due
For broken hearts and my selfish lies
Now I face a tsunami
A wave of vendetta
For past mistake
And bitter sorrow
The innocents I took
All those girls I've made cry
My tears and pain
Paying my debt
The things I've done
Not all proud moments
There's a lot of regrets
Time may make you forgive
But only with love might you forget
Love is still one big bet
And I'm on the losing side

When I thought I no longer need to search
And I've finally found my soul mate
An intervention slaps me
She was too another fake
Honesty and loyalty
Two attribute so hard to come by
In a Capitalist era
Where behind the vail
Greed lurks and hides

As time constantly moving
And grey hair slowly appear on my head
Now I know why they say 'money can't buy you happiness'
Cause even with money
Loneliness still resides
True love an intangible emotion
Even with money you can't buy
Maybe things your happy with
But soon the emptiness returns
Drugs ease reality
I return to living that lie

Programmed #2

'Ignorant is Bliss' for whom don't know how to change, what you give is what you get, starting something or starting on someone because you don't like them and barely know them for your selfish entertainment, laughing at other peoples misery or clumsiness yet won't laugh at ourselves for no one wants to hear they're wrong nor see their errors. Greed, selfishness, love, care, hatred etc. these are our programs. Be aware of not just what is in front of you but things and people that's around you, our skin might be different, our language not the same, but we bleed the same colour, we are all humankind in Darwinism, coming from the earth, coming from the sand, yet peace only comes with unity, when differences are erased and we see each other, as one and the same. Creatures of emotions, feeling love and pain, angels and demons, battling God and the Devil, twisted little game.

Programmed

Using a computer as an analogy for our brain and software as our emotions. Like computers the human brain, personal characters and traits are programmed into us at the developing age of our childhood. So our life experiences governs who we are? Our emotions, which we would have experience numerous amount of times, becomes so natural like memories recalled, picture in our mind. Hence we call it software that have been programmed into our day to day life and when situations arises, these emotions are triggered by touch or by sight, mixing the chemicals in our brain to suit that specific moment, encrypted functions within a software when double clicked, Used when the time is right. So the feeling we feel sometimes hard to control, but why control something that comes naturally? Just be aware and considerate, common decency, that is all. But in today's capitalist world, where greed and corruptions, now booms and thrive, thus Money equals Stability hence equals Happiness but love and loyalty forgotten, the fittest will survive. Over populated with finite resources, poverty in socialist and communist nations, will force you to fight, collectivism will force you to cheat or else you and your family will die. But for the ones who live in Free Market societies, we compete to be better, not for our community but yet for ourselves, back stabbing one another, an individualist insight. Hofstede and Porter, Plato and Schwartz, analysed cross cultural societies but was limited by the technology of their time. Our future holds the answer to why people cheat, lie and criticize, the things or people they don't know, does it gives them pride? Maybe their character is flawed or a mistake of culture, a by product of the changing times? We will never know, for their perspective of the world, their values and norms, their wrong and their right, we will never see the world through their eyes. I have tasted the bitterness of poverty, my mother and I. A single mother in a foreign country escaping war, abuse and poverty. From rag to riches we did survive, hence my programming when I see poverty, inequality, abuse of simple human rights, tears flows from my eyes, for I imagine the hunger and sourness, of past memories experienced, my mother and I. I now understand the difficulty of raising a man in a foreign society of racist and red necks, teasing and calling us names. But how to blame someone who just don't know and refuse to understand, ignore them I guess, pretend they're insane.

Betrayal

What if you knew,
The one you trust,
The one you love
Was with another man
Now soundly sleeping
Right next to you?
What would you do?
If you were me?
Forgive and forget?
And live with regret?
Or just pretend you never saw,
The messages that was sent
When i was away
Only a few months before

You were not my first
I hoped you were my last
Someone that could save me
My angel from above
But just another player
Another selfish succubus
I'm just food for the taking
Grazing stupidly
Standing on this empty field

A Sour Taste

Trusting my heart
Not seeing the pain
Blinded by desperation
Once drove me insane.

Haunted by scars
Memories of the past
Afraid opportunities passing
Decisions made in rush.

Falling too hastily
For lust yet not love
Karmas twisted pay back
A joke from above.

Denying the truth
So I taste the sorrow
Still foolishly hoping
For a better tomorrow.

The potion of love
Bittersweet I know
The poison of loneliness
Is killing my soul.
