RE: current politics

When I was working in the industry, we never purchased from any place but Germany, Sweden, and the USA.
No one else could meet our standards.

RE: current politics

Not with the way things were going anymore CC.
When Nafta first came into the market, We all had good jobs. When China came into the market, they were cheaper than Mexico. Thus they grew immensely from that.
Today, there are no jobs. There for nothing to support any one with.
The people that are spending, are spending what they received in the past. At least for the common people. That wont last much longer.

RE: current politics

Sem, thank you.
When I was young, I thought I had an answer for every thing.
With experience behind me, I have questions.
But with all of that being said. One has to make a decision. Otherwise, nothing will be accomplished.
As I told the people I work with. "if you do not do any thing, because you are afraid of making a mistake, nothing will be accomplished"!
Not every thing will be as we wish. But we have the ability to change or to fix it.

RE: current politics

Yes Jim. And that is a very important name. That is why I wanted it stated! I would hate to leave any of the demigods out. So, etc. can now stand.

RE: current politics

True Jim. But we are also voting against the Bushes also.
Jeb for example!!

RE: current politics

I do not remember where Soc. I just remember seeing something like it.
Personally, I would like to hear your opinions. Not the opinions of others.

RE: Trump meeting with Romney

Cafe, can you clarify your last statement?

RE: current politics

You have posted that before Soc. "Could" is the word that stands out to me. I do not see that as a prediction at all.
I see it as a feeling.

RE: current politics

I missed your comment Linds.
Well, still, sometimes it is hard to wrap the brain around a stance.
Just trying to figure it out. I do not want to come off uneducated. I am not into alienating any one.
I just want to hear a solid perspective, that has some benefits to it. Something I can see and maybe agree with.
Oh, I forgot, I can't do that. I voted for trump! (Just a joke).

RE: current politics

That helps Lue.
I do agree that we all need to hold Trumps feet to the fire.
I can see positives.
Sounds as though he is going to help Canada with the pipe line. I am hoping some of that trickles down to all of us. I am not really behind it though.
Clinton? We will see. Not sure of the outcome of that issue either??

RE: current politics

Once again John. Any one can endorse any one they feel to. It is called freedom of choice.
Lu. I am not being disrespectful to you. It is I just have a hard time following your statements. I would like to find common ground with you. The way it is now, I am not sure that is possible?
Of all of the people that comment on this site, I see you as the most to the left?
There is nothing wrong with that. I just do not know how to respond?

RE: current politics

Just how do you consider your political stance Lue? Fascists, Liberal, Socialists. Marx's Communists.
I am just curious. I am aware that it is not Conservative.

RE: current politics

I am glad you showed up Linds.
In each of those committees, there are a dozen or more people.
Crazy!

RE: current politics

Well, I find that interesting!

RE: current politics

Now there is an interesting thought. I wonder how many appointments there are, and what are they.
Lets see, the cabinet. Justice Department. FDA, ??
I checked it out. Around 300. I am not sure if he needs the senate to make them?

The Appointments Clause gives the executive branch and the President, not Congress, the power to appoint federal officials. The President has the power to appoint federal judges, ambassadors, and other "principal officers” of the United States, subject to Senate confirmation of such appointments.

RE: HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANIELA!

Happy birthday Danelia! You are even wiser now!! Woo Hoo!!

RE: Trump meeting with Romney

Rudy Guliani vacated the building that was pulled at 911 that had not been hit by any thing.
That tells me he did not know any thing about it. But at the same time, he never had it investigated either, I question that?? At least he never had it investigated to my knowledge.
How do you feel about Wikilinks? That is a question. Personally I am happy for them to exist.
Also the releasing of the Kenedy papers? They were supposed to be released after 35 years.
Any thoughts??

RE: Trump meeting with Romney

Good morning Linds. I only have a few minuets here. Then I have some projects to handle.
Every time a new CEO arrives, there is a reshuffling of the deck.
Our existing Justice Department head is leaving. In studying his worth's, I sort of like the fact that he has chosen to retire.
I see that out of three million people, the choices are limited. I find positives and negatives in all of them.
I believe he will do well.
Every one seems to think he should already have every thing in place. Well, to build any thing takes a little time.
I do not want him to feel pushed into making a wrong decision as to whom he chooses.
Along with the tried and true people with political experience. Military, for example, I would like to see some fresh blood. People that are not so connected to Washington, yet brilliant in business.
Time will tell.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I was relating to that for awhile Shine.

Does anyone else have this problem?

It is better Linds. Since I purchased a malware program, it tends to move better. Not as fast as I would like though.
Thank You.

Does anyone else have this problem?

You sound pretty sharp Christene. I wish I had known about you when I started this blog!

RE: Is the end near?

I agree Sem.
Better to be Read then Lead!

RE: Is the end near?

Yes, as a matter of fact Sem. I have read all of those books, And more.
I always have trouble with Palms.
One read that I just loved was? Oh, can't remember the name of it. Mentioned 2 times in the bible by Christ. Considered a history book. The book of Jasser! There are two publications of it. The old publication is the recommended read.
I believe the collection of the writings were at the time of Constantine? (correct me, I think I am off there)? And it was of the Old Testimite. It did mention the coming of a Misisaia.
At that time, Christ was preaching, much like Marten Luther King. So the Roman Catholic Religion was born, and at that time pieced together the scrolls. Of course to their way of control
However, The Roman government did not want to kill Christ. It was the Pharisees that lobbied for that.
They won, and history is as followed.
The first successful translation of the Bible was King James. A really shady man. Son of Mary, Queen of Scotts.
Once again, that is where the Lost Books of The Bible come into play.
But there are hundreds of history books out there to enjoy.
Perhaps the burning of the library in Pershia would have held some interesting information. Much as the Spanish in South America.
Forgive the spelling please. You get the point.
The book of Enoch is interesting. Then there are the Smearian texts. All pieced together, it becomes a fun thought process.
I do love to read.

RE: Is the end near?

Elaborate please Sem. I do not really agree with what you stated, but, I was not really able to comprehend all that you wrote??

RE: Is the end near?

That is interesting Sem. It has been noted in the news, from time to time, the sounds of trumpets in the air. All across the world, and I might add, at the same approximate time.
Makes one wonder??

RE: Is the end near?

Then again, I think that the book of Revelations was added pretty late in the scriptures.
There is the belief, that what one believes is what one receives. Therefore, if one does not believe in an after life in, some form, will just fade away??
All conjecture.

RE: Is the end near?

The end times subject is truly a fun subject to speculate upon. And the ongoing realities are easy to program into the book of Revelations.
It also states that Christs return will be at his choosing. The Bible also states that we will never be able to figure it out.
I think that Isrial, or Egypt, are mounting another expedition to seek more of the lost scrolls. Perhaps more enlightenment may come out of that? If successful?
I have a choice. I can deny or uphold belief. I figure it is in my best interest to uphold. To deny does not seem to have much of an outcome attached to it all.

RE: Maybe Someday

You are young and beautiful. You have time. I would go to the events. Some day, every one will look at you and say, She was so smart!

RE: Is the end near?

Good morning every one. Having my gallon of coffee. (Reminds me of Map), Handled some phone business. I am stuck here for awhile. I picked up a big generator in my little truck, and I am waiting for its owner to drop me another rig so that he can get it home.
Calm got the book right, The Strong's Concordance. Good job.
John, the woods can get cold. Good for cuddling though!! Mmmmmmmm.
Itch, first you have to go back about 10 hours and starch out the word "you" in your comment. Then we can indulge.
Personally, I would like to have the support of the Strong's before I banter. Other wise I will get the genealogy messed up. But I am aware that there are bloggers here that could keep the names straight, etc.
Soooooo. Fun blog. Let the games begin!
