28 As they came near the village to which they were going, he walked ahead as if he were going on. 29 But they urged him strongly, saying, “Stay with us, because it is almost evening and the day is now nearly over.” So he went in to stay with them. 30 When he was at the table with them, he took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. 31 Then their eyes were opened, and they recognized him; and he vanished from their sight.
32 They said to each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he was talking to us on the road, while he was opening the scriptures to us?” 33 That same hour they got up and returned to Jerusalem; and they found the eleven and their companions gathered together. 34 They were saying, “The Lord has risen indeed, and he has appeared to Simon!” 35 Then they told what had happened on the road, and how he had been made known to them in the breaking of the bread. Thank you in advance for reading and commenting,
Yes Seren, as you said, through the undeniable fact, of the resurrection, Jesus demonstrated that He was Lord of all creation. Yes, only walking after Jesus, let Him leading the way, surely we never will be on the wrong way. As Jesus said, that road is the narrow path (it's hard to go, people don't want to), but it's is the right way in the life to lead us come to Heaven.
Thank you for your nice comment. Have a great Easter. Godbless.
Proverb of Vietnam we say, "Mot vo thi nam giuong leo! --> (good bed and good sleep) "Hai vo thi nam cheo queo!! --> (sleeping alone in a different bed) "Ba vo thi ra chuong heo ma nam!!! "--> (did not be sleep in his bed in his house, but in a pigsty)
Sista, Thanks for your good comment. As you said, no anyone is perfect, but it is important to honestly repent as Peter repented. Jesus then placed him as head of his church. Thank you again.
I do read some of your old blogs (I found them very valuable to read) these blogs that I have not had a chance to read before. My English is not very good, so I will continue to read your blogs slowly when I have time.
