Rcm gets to choose his own layout, as it should be, not what everybody else has. There is a thing called freedom of choice, which u have never heard of, obviously, making ur suggestions.
Rcm. Sounds lovely. What room is going on which floor? What r u putting in the garden, e.g. the swimming pool, or is it indoor & heated? Trees, plants, Gazebo, Braai area ?
Rcm. R u getting builders and I presume that the plans r already approved, if ur starting very soon. Tell me about the house, how many rooms, how many floors, garden, swimming pool, etc. Tell me everything why ?
Gg. Get one of these metal computer cabinets. U can add drawers, hanging files, etc. Everything will be safe from anything there, including fire. U don't even have to label it. Just dump everything somewhere in there, and u will always know where everything is.
