work on embracing these natural feelings. dont try to escape from them. accept your fears as part of your normal life. try many different types of solo piano music using ear buds. once you find the correct music, and your eyes are closed, run directly into your biggest fear with your mind. this is your moment of genius.

seriously though. i know how you ladies feel. i had a good friend of many years who had ED (erictile disfunction). the doctor set him up with some injections he would administer himself right into his pee pee to make it hard. i guess after not seeing it hard for 15+ years, he got so excited he sent me a picture of it on my phone. i havnt talked to him since and i cant figure out how to delete it either.
