2am here..sitting in the middle of darkness...Feel so alone n scared...dont know how to handle my restless mind..

work on embracing these natural feelings. dont try to escape from them. accept your fears as part of your normal life. try many different types of solo piano music using ear buds. once you find the correct music, and your eyes are closed, run directly into your biggest fear with your mind. this is your moment of genius.

J/K...take a sleeping tablet....works wonders..however only if you trust your environment....knocks you out for 12 hours.

Just think positive thoughts..think of something you like..imagine yourself in a beautiful place, with someone really nice looking after you.....let your imagination free.....breath deep and steady..just relax yourself. innocent

find your 'happy place' . Think of somewhere, maybe from childhood, where you felt safe and happy, and let your mind go there. Imagine yourself there
Focus on your breathing. Feel it. Hear it. Then take control of it. Steady it.

Put on some soothing music or watch a funny movie. Move your mind out of that space

got pathology test of T3, T4 and TSH, if it is heiridiatry then change life style, smell plant flower fresh like motia deep breath, it will fresh your mind and change mood, put some cold water on head specially in noon time avoid exposure to direct light, paint indigo color in your room, eat about 500 gram cherry before bed time, evening meal consist of green salad, very cheap in india. good day.
