Think any leader you've ever heard of and tell me, if they were as empathetic as the common man then how could they do their job without emotional breakdowns?
In other words, even if forced, in order to decide the fates of others, you must lack in empathy. In order to make rational decisions, you must lack empathy. In order to inact justice, you must lack empathy. Empathy just gets in the way and will do nothing but complicate every decision to the point that either leadership will be lost because the leader appears weak or emotional instability via empathy will destroy the leader.

@mollybaby: I probably should!I simply just have semi-serious sleep issues. Rare is it that I ever get more than 4 hours sleep a night.
I probably need to take sleep drugs haha
