"I will find you…no matter how long it takes, no matter how far. I will find you.” — Nathaniel (Daniel Day-Lewis) to Cora (Madeleine Stowe) The Last of the Mohicans.
Oh! no Sir, some could be content some don´t ...I can speak (and concern) for myself. My profile serves my purposes exactly the way it is. What others do with theirs ...not my business
No Non, in LA they do not use that word ...not even the masculine name (which is worst if you dare to mention it) ....in LA each country has their own "nice words" but they primary use sentences...
It´s funny, there is a word "arrechera" which could drive you crazy ...it has at least 20 different meanings ...it all depends of the context ....
I would say yes Johnny, the list of priviledges is extense but (in my opinion) nothing compares with intelligence.
Lets keep it simple: what do you need to have ....money, looks, education, social status (considering everyone loves to have those things) ...luck? maybe but no one can control luck, what about intelligence? ahhhh
The thing is: intelligent people are considered lucky just for that and no one expects you have a Ferrari in your garage and don´t know how to drive it ....well, yes, they gave you that Ferrari when you were a baby and nodody teached you because we all supposed you´ll learn how to use it by yourself ....no, it doesn´t work that way.
One day, a "smart" guy sees your Ferrari and thinks "ha! idiot let me use that Ferrari for you, you are wasting your time with such a treasure covering from dust" ....or maybe one day, the owner of that Ferrari, tired of fail others expectations decides to burn that Ferrari and forget about he owns it once.....
So many possibilities as much as privileges people may have ....don´t give me the fish, teach me how to fish by myself....its all in our minds, a coctail, we shall use what we have to get what we want ...simple but I think its the only way. Doesn´t matter how much or less you have for that.
We will always have more than others ....and less than others. We have to optimize our resources and make it happen ....emotional intelligence? yes. That´s the clue, in my opinion (still trying to apply it to myself).
No, money doesn´t make anyone happy. An advantage? maybe, but also an illusion, a powerful drug which makes you believe a dream of happiness that´s not true.
hummmm ".everyone has the option to become intelligent" no, everyone has the option (and DUTY) to become an educated human being and do not remain ignorant for the rest of their lives.
Intelligence runs in your DNA. and no, its not a guarantee of being succesful, happy, rich, or whatever.
Being intelligent is a priviledge, being really intelligent is restricted to only 2-5% of the popullation.
They are more but no better, have an advantage, much more possibilities and no guatantee at all.
A powerful tool which needs guidance and support. Quid pro quo. There is always a price you have to pay for ,my friend Johnny, always.
@Molly thks =) Small, easy to walk around, friendly and cultural, sounds pretty close to my ideal city, how far do you have woods? (yeah probably a stupid question as we are talking about Ireland lol!)
Biff: .......what does "Cach, may riches shower on you!" mean? ....its monday, I woke up 2 hours ago, not a morning person here, I´m full of hyposensory issues myself and have 2 black coffees inside my gorgeous body, not ready yet ...mercy please
....and also different to cognitive age Free. I do not take serious a difference of age, lets say 10 years up or down, my ex number one is 1 year older than me and last one 3 younger I said 10 and no more basically because my lifestyle but don´t really care if we are compatible in that aspect...age is a number.
I dated a 54 years old man when I was 18...he was brilliant ...must be dead lol!
RE: WORDS THAT STANDS THE TIMES
Oh it´s ok ...I understood at first. Cheers!
