Teaching us pledges and nationalism in our youth is how old men get young to throw their lives away killing other young men in battlefiels s all over this world. We would be much better off if we all took the Eistien approach and renounced our citizenship and became citizens of the world.
I make the same one each year. Do not fall down. Last year I actually made it until Dec. 27 when I slipped on some ice going around a corner. The joke from me the next couple of days???
