are you getting enough time to unwind after work , because that wont help if you dont have enough time , it would help if you could get someone wake you up befor you go to work again so you can get a better deeper sleep
its a bit late now , ...when you got your computer there is a documement that you have to argree to or no , vista , windows , xp , windows 7 , 8 ...if you read the fine print you will find evrything ends up belonging to microsoft

you may need stronger pot , or you are gona crash badly , I hope someone can take your place if you get sic ...or fall asleep for a whole day , you may need glasses to help your tired eyes
