Yes from what I hear about Brazil we should not make judgements based on the odd bad experience. There is crime throughout the world. My understanding and experience from talking to people from Brazil is that Brazilians are for the most part a very friendly,good natured,honest and straight forward type capable of great hospitality and warmth. Tourists anywhere in the world should take precautions and travel using smart procedures so as not to tempt the less fortunate of this world. Governments must take measures such that less fortunate people are looked after.
