In my case, for me helps deal with stress handicrafts, make something beautiful with hands... Than I try don't forget about myself for example - varnish toe nails lilac

or go to solarium, or go to swimming pool, but sometimes I feel myself so dried off, than I crying when nobody can't see me...

Wish you to be strong, because your sister needs to see you happy and joyful

If honestly, I left those people in my past, who had have disappointed me or hurt me and move on... But sometimes we can't left them in past because we need face with them in everyday life, than we need to lear how to keep safe distance for ourselves.
At CS it's easier, we have option "block"

According "right side" I am always curious to know what people have there
