Adobo is one of the most popular Filipino dishes and is considered unofficially by many as the national dish. It usually consists of pork or chicken, sometimes both, stewed or braised in a sauce usually made from vinegar, cooking oil, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorns, and soy sauce. It can also be prepared "dry" by cooking out the liquid and concentrating the flavor.

Hi Shay!hug
maybe they have, cause after 500 years the Turkish presence in our country we have many common dishes, words etc. In turkish it sounds "dolma" if I don`t wrong.

Party, you surprised me! Popular?!wow I never thought that you could know such an oriental dish!
Dervish, a while back you were a mango. Now you are a soup/liquid. Can't eat you in slices. grin

Spd, maybe it is the the same food. I just don't know what it is called here in KSA. wine
