The way it seems to be going in this situation, Goodwoman, is that he is definitely in your favour.

Maybe he is dealing with alot of things on his mind, Men like even myself included, find it hard sometimes on the first establishment point about how we share and open our feelings!

If he is the one for you, give him a chance to express these feelings but then at the same time trying giving him some space, or alternatively you could talk to him asking him if he is okay, maybe he will start expressing himself.

If he is a CS'r you could send him flowers and a message, who knows it might work

This has happened to me on a different dating site, its this chick that i met online. She has texted and sent me messages, she has even opened up and said her things to do for next year.
One of the things she had asked me was the same thing i wanted to do and that was getting into a relationship, a serious one as well which is good.
She has been real good to me and the same of i to her, i think she likes me and i like her too, its just i dont know what to say!
She lives local as well.
