actually i have found women from the uk to be more friendly and approachable than women from some other areas. would love to take a vacation there and meet some in person.
i agree, not only looking, go up and talk to the guy. it would probaly make his day. girls are too lazy about approaching guys because they are used to men always approaching them but it doesnt always have to be that way. take a man to lunch for once !
