about an hour or two then i let it go. life's too short. besides when you hold a grudge with someone it is a form of letting that person have control over you.
it takes too much energy to hate or hold a grudge, forgiving always makes you feel better.

in my youth, (seems so long ago) i was a "night" person, had to be i worked nights as a bartender, then the boozing & drugs started taking its toll on me so i had to give it up or die. that's when i became a "day" person

i think there is NOTHING worth having that one would hurt, step on,lie, cheat, steal or anything else to have.

if you have to do ANY of those things to obtain something or someone, in the end you won't enjoy it anyway.

on the other if you obtain whatever you wanted thru hard work & honesty, you will appreciate "it" & yourself.

IMHO you cannot love too much, not enough maybe, but never too much.

if you are fortunate enough to love someone "too much" .........enjoy it while it lasts becuz that kind of love doesn't come along very often.

I watched the flag pass by one day.
