Anyway... At the moment, I'm cold. We just took the dogs out. It's -1 degree, the wind chill is 20 below and the winds are 30-40 mph. It was about to blow me over!

My god, sweetie. I can't imagine. Em was the last person Mel was chatting with online last night before she did it. I dont know how my daughter is handling all that she is right now.

You know, Adam had been saving for them all to come to visit us. He was going to cook for Emily - his stuffed chicken and she was to make him brownies. I do love those kids.
Fortunately, our mood swings happen at separate times. It's so damn hard. The funeral isn't until Monday.
His cousin that lives with them overdosed last night on his oxy. She's 12. I've spent so much time talking to her, I thought she would turn to me. Adams mom just can't handle any more.
Jenna, his mom spent several hours this evening chatting with Em and exchanging stories. It helped them both.
She's going to send us some of her videos of him playing guitar and piano. I'm really happy about that.
Anyway, thanks for asking, Owen. We're hanging in there.
