It's that pleasure you feel on meeting after an absence, albeit only hours. Or if you happen to meet them unexpectedly.......the happiness invades your whole body, like the ripples in a pool.
I did, but I brought my love with me. Had to learn a new language as well. Great adventure. Yes, I'd do it again. Don't really have to give anything up nowadays with communications being so good.
I don't think I have EVER in my whole life suffered from depression. I have had sadness, disappointment, betrayal, brutality, loneliness, loss. Why have I never succumbed...........because I don't give in. No matter how bad a situation is.....it will not last forever. It's a question of mind over matter.
