Nope. It's not really a new trend, actually. Many have stuck around, for whatever reason(s), after they have supposedly 'met' their match. Of course, most of the questions you have posed are subjective, per person/couple.
Personally, for me... I wouldn't continue to be a member on a Dating Site if I were in a committed relationship, regardless of where me & my significant other actually met. But, that's just how *I* feel about it.
You are Dexter: You are smart and definitely a thinker... Every situation is fronted with a plan. You have a brilliant mind. You demonstrate very strong family principles. You maintain a stable routine but never ignore a bad situation when it comes. Try to do less over thinking every once in a while to spice things up a bit with spontaneity!
I see... well, I can't really help the fact that I was born a redhead, part albino, enemy of the sun, and that I happen to actually glow in the dark...
Also, I have been burned by the moon - even with long sleeves on!
Someone else mentioned camping - a great idea for getting back in touch with Mother Nature. Also what I like to do, weather permitting, is to go to a local (or sometimes not so local, depending on how much free time I have) Nature Center. Pack a simple lunch, bring a book to read, or a canvas to paint, etc. - and spend the day there. It is very refreshing and at least one definite way to bask in the love of Nature...
Oh, my... Please, don't misunderstand. I'm not 'bothered' by being ignored. I'm just overly observant & have no real expectations when it comes to forums and the topics. No worries, really.
Oh, & I'm not sorry for hi-jacking - happens ALL the time, in many many threads... and most times whenever I post in this dudes thread(s), I'm basically ignored. Ah well... good thing I never have any expectations of anyone answering any of my posts, anyway...

To each their own...
