I hear what you're saying though about the 'why don't you mind your own business' slant ... but doesn't that apply whichever forums you're on?
If the internal politics of a place have no global impact I'm not understanding how it fits into 'covering everthing' ... It's of interest sure ... but it would be like having all the political debates of Andorra taking a prominent place in the international forums when it has nothing to do with anyone and won't impact anyonr apart the citizens of Andorra. Just 1 news flash to announce the outcome would be enough for the international communities to find out what's going on ...

Exactely! Some of us have have fast metabolisms and without 'fattening foods' and desserts we wither away... 'Fattening' foods can be healthy too .. like avocado ...
Thoughtfulness should not be a gender 'thing... If you do something that will have an impact on the quality of life of the person you share the house with then be thoughtfull...
Who cares if the toilet seat is up or down! Just don't flipping pee on it! And if some somehow ends up on it wipe clean before leaving. Why should someone else clean your pee in order to be able to use the toilet?
If you left 'a smell' in the bathroom, close the door! Simple! Why should someone else having a cup of coffee somewhere be infotmed of your bodily functions because of the 'aroma' wafting through the house!
Super simple! Respect other people's rights to not be affected by your bodily functions
For me to compliment a man on a personal level face to face it would have to be because I find their presence and vibration pleasant/attractive/magnetic... and so I would say 'You have an amazing presence and I find your vibration attractive or pleasant or magnetic' ...whichever applies... If he doesn't know what I'm talking about there won't be any further discussion necessary on that personal level...
I regularly compliment people, men and women in my day to day. Many are very caring and thoughtful and I tell them I noticed and thank them naming what they did which I appreciated. I think it's important to let people know they are being noticed and what they do matters and how beautiful they are, rather than only 'see' people when you want something from them ...
