You don't know you made the right decision to live with someone until you've lived with them for a year. You can share your time with someone better by living apart. As soon as you share the kitchen, the bathroom and the tv remote it's all downhill after that.

Who cares if the toilet seat is up or down! Just don't flipping pee on it! And if some somehow ends up on it wipe clean before leaving. Why should someone else clean your pee in order to be able to use the toilet?
If you left 'a smell' in the bathroom, close the door! Simple! Why should someone else having a cup of coffee somewhere be infotmed of your bodily functions because of the 'aroma' wafting through the house!
Super simple! Respect other people's rights to not be affected by your bodily functions
