I was like that myself, staying up until 4 in the morning then going to sleep until 1 oclock in the day, when you have nothing to do all day you are better off sleeping in
The thing is you can get used to lounging around all day doing nothing but walk down to the post office and collect your money, Its hassle free and relaxing, I can tell you that when i started working again it was a shock to the system, I nearly wanted to be back on the dole again until I saw the balance in my bank account
Indeed it is personal choice as to whether or not you have children, it would work out cheaper for the government to keep on paying lone parents and rent allowance to lone parents because what is the alternative? give them nothing? The kids will have to be put into care and that costs a hell of a lot more than paying lone parents and rent allowance
what a stupid statement, so there are 400,000 jobs available for all the unemployed? Do you seriously think that if there were jobs available people would rather stay on the dole? The reason they are unemployed is because there are very little jobs available no other reason
