Too Funny. I was thinking the same thing. Actually, he leaves me here all day, everyday, and as long as his money is taken care of and it's coming in, he could care less what else I'm doing. And besides, this computer is much better than the old one I have at home, though I post whenever I can at home too.

I have to say this is one of the most confusing threads ever. It starts off with anger "And it pisses me off royally", then there's a joke "I'm going to slap the holy carp otta him" and then some serious information, then insults people who "learned about it on the streets." And then gets pissed when everyone does not take it seriously. WTF? This subject matter should never be hostile, but manages to be here. Sorry I bothered to read to page three before figuring out it was a waste of my time. JMO

I'm surprised a man initiated this "new" holiday... Sounds like a woman wanting another gift to me. I like the idea of it being for the underprivilaged, just wish the original concept was there. I guess hallmark couldn't come up with any big selling cards for that.

I won't go to the pool hall or a bar alone. If I'm not meeting someone there or already with someone, I think it's improper as a lady for me to go alone. This cracks my friends up...

I can tell you why I date younger men. Because I, myself, am very energetic, love exploring new things and new ideas, am current on the world around me, feel like I'm growing as a person every day, and I'm always wanting more out of life. In my experience, I find that men older than me; and sometimes my same age, tend to be set in their ways and don't want to experience anything new and exciting. I personally would not be happy going bowling once a week, watching TV every night, and working in the yard every weekend. I want to get out there and live life.

And as far as why younger guys like older women, it may be that they have learned who they are, what they want and like in a relationship so there are no games, and can handle his labido.
