Cos behind the scenes there´s a lot more going on........and that statement is like a protection. People get a lotta fun outta just expressing their views here.
The 20´s are difficult years. You are learning and growing. Now is the time to try and put positive thinking to the fore. Positive: you have a job and friends. That´s a start....the job you will probably change as time goes on, but you will maybe gain more friends from it. Itemise exactly what makes you feel empty, depressed, lonely and sad. Write it all down and analyse ur feelings in particular circumstances. Surround yourself with people who make you feel good. Steer clear of those who don´t.
Things to be discarded asap. Worry.........what is going to happen will happen whether or not you worry about it........so surely that indicates that worrying should not be entertained. Tension can be relieved by music, massage, love, good company..seek it out.
