the fantasy is always better than the reality. the longer we can remain in the fantasy it allows us to build a prettier picture than just merely meeting someone on the street and moving on with our lives.
I call it the Cinderella syndrome.
it also allows us to expose our deficits from a distance as we feel each other out for possible rejection or negative response.
once you know as much about yourselves as the other, it makes for an easier transition and removes some of the unknown, where as if you met someone on the street, it wouldn't give you the needed distance to get accustom first.
I only use it to see if there are any undesirable traits in a particular signs that may cause conflict/clash
in my later years these sign characteristics have proven to me that they do exist just as the authors have documented, with variations, but are still clearly visible.
as far as the rest of astrology, i have no reason to get involved in it, because life its self is a crap shoot and cannot be fore cast.
I couldn't get a youtube link for this, because its not out yet. but some friends posted it and is a must see, if you are interested in the human condition and our global current situation.
I know that when i was younger and inexperienced in the mate selection process, i would have never thought of compatibility through personality profiles and traits of astrology. but now that i am older and a little more experience, Ive found that the authors of astrology, throughout their 1000s of years of documented profiling history were definitely on to something, and can be a useful tool to have insight into potential problems or great successes in compatibility selection.
do you ever consider your astrological compatibility? or do you believe that gut feeling and chance are your best tools for success in choosing a mate?
