I was replying to an enquiry regarding why men get mad when they are turned down. It´s quite natural to feel hurt if someone rejects you, and I suggested that if the women were honest in giving their reasons for it, then the anger should be lessened. Not always the case I´m afraid, hence my suggestion of a survey on the reactions to rejection.

I´m 63............and I get tired, from enjoying life. and I´m sure younger people get tired of listening to older people moaning about how wonderful things used to be. Why does everyone think it was so marvellous in the yesteryear. The integrity that was found then can still be found today. The love that was shared then can still be found today. The humanity that existed then can still be found today. Standards will vary in whatever culture you are born....we are wealthier in the west than we´ve ever been. And the caring that goes on in this world still counts!!!!!!
If yer looking for perfection........ya have to have faith.............cos it doesn´t exist on earth. You have to do a survey of the guys to find out why they get mad when they are turned down..........if the women are honest with them when they turn them down....they might possibly have the reason
Aw.. don´t be fed up. What you are looking for is an elusive quality. Maybe you are obsessing about it and forgetting to enjoy the love that you have in your every day life. The here and now is very important too. Don´t give up hope.
I just read in the paper yesterday that they were selling a 40 year old cheddar cheese, for 6 pounds sterling an OUNCE!!!! Common sense must always take preference, but I do think a lot of waste is just money making.
Do you think a lot of this is a con??? Obviously not on dairy produce, etc. BUT, the reason I have thought about this is because I have just made a prawn pil-pil, which includes a chilli...........and the dried chillies I have are OVER 20 YEARS OLD!!!!!! They still pack a punch!!!! How many other things do we throw out that are perfectly usable. I also have a skin foundation, which I use very rarely..........and that is also about 25 years old and still perfect.......meaning I haven´t come out in a rash when I´ve used it.:gri
