I've been here before and will be back...I believe that this is a huge classroom for us all to learn the lessons needed to have every experience that we require to perfect ourselves as soul. In my soul I am already perfect, however I am not conscious on the level of soul and that is my ultimate experience. To be conscious on the soul plane while still having a human body on the physical plane is my goal. I still have a ways to go but have come a long way already. JMHO

It's already been said but I agree...show her in your actions rather than your words. It will take time again for you to earn her trust, and that is what was damaged the most. Right now she doesn't trust you to not hurt her again and only by being there for her ALL of the time will you prove your sincerity. You already know the why's so now's the time to change and show her the new loving YOU...no more drinking and fighting (that attitude is something you grow out of with the right motivation and I think she's it). You don't have to grow up immediately but show her she is the most important part of your life and be very patient and that you are willing to change. Best of luck but take your time and don't expect immediate results.

KUDOS to you Angel, not an easy thing to do and congrats on the 10 years

clean and sober for 24 years but tried just about everything once...ate acid like candy and smoked my brains out then graduated to good old alcohol when the quality of the street drugs diminished. MDA was my generations Extascy but it was really a conglomeration of drugs on an amphetamine base. Never did cotton to cocaine tho as a bottle of Jack could make me feel like the best one on the block and a lot cheaper. A child of the sixties for sure.
