Sometimes the children have to be naughty to get attention. If they are not getting it by behaving themselves, then they will get it in any was possible, and sometimes they resort to bad behavior to get people to notice them. For some, attention is what they thrive on and can't live without it.
A Cavan man walked into a bank in Dublin and asked for the loan officer. He told the loan officer he was going to Italy on business for two weeks and needed to borrow 5 grand, but that he was not a depositor of the bank.
The loan officer told him the bank would need some form of security for the loan, so the Cavan man handed over the keys to a brand new red Ferrari. The car was parked on the street in front of the bank. the man produced the title and everything checked out. the loan officer agreed to hold the car as collateral for the loan and apologized for having to charge him12% interest.
Later, the bank's president and its officers all enjoyed a god laugh at the man for using a 250 thousand Ferrari as collateral for a 5 grand loan. An employee of the bank then drove the Ferrari into the bank's underground garage and parked it. Two weeks later the man returned, repaid the loan and the interest of 23.07. The loan officer said,"Sir, we are a little puzzled. while you were away, we did a background check and found that you are a multimillionaire, why would you bother to borrow 5 grand?
The man replied, "Where else in Dublin can I park my car for two weeks for only 23.07 and expect it to be there when I return?
Threads like this one is a fav of mine. Gives everyone a chance to say their bit. I like a variety of threads depending on my mood. Sometimes I post but if I come in and the thread is already into 8 or more pages I don't bother. After reading through I see that someone else has probably said what I was going to say. If I do post I usually post my opinion and then leave it at that. unless someone asks me about something I have said. Least fav would be the say something to someone.

I wish I was going to chicago for patricks day. I was trying to do that this year but with work I have to wait until the end of March and the gang wanna do New York. Maybe next year.
