I call that a warm up but before I pick up that rope for that obstacle course I've already worked on my arms and back with heavy gym weights using machines on the other side of the gym.
Rach I wasn't sure if you do this at the gym Tamara and I do our own obstacle courses Thursday mornings this video was taken this morning this is just a warm up but omg the ropes are like led other ways using the rope which are more advanced but I just videoed the warm up we work out on the rope for 20 minutes
I have so many probs with my left side she's so weak couldn't video my good side
