Total agree with the pay issue. Yea if they can't do the job they don't hang around long. As the clients usually see to that but that can take a few months and a lot of upsets.

Somtime's it really hard working with staff who you no will back down or give in . As it can lead to dangerous incidents

Yea hate it when new staff come Clients hate it. And get anxious and as you said some staff can't hack it and handle the clients, who then realize and end up bullying them they we have to step in putting our self in danger just a vicious circle think i need to think of an easy job

Do you know Claire i have worked every day this week. Good for the bank balance but not for the body. We really short staff as staff are leaving owning to been burnt out. God i wish i could win the lottery back in for a 12 hour shift tonight Roll on the week end and the Rugby told them don't bother ringing me i will not be available
